The Forager

I just spent an amazing couple of days photographing Sophie and Chris Zalokar's property in Pemberton. They been trading as Pemberton Breakaway Cottages for the last 6 years and have recently opened as Foragers, and launched a cooking school/dining room they've called The Field Kitchen: a purpose-built commercial kitchen and dining facility offering educational tourism experiences through cooking school activities, field trips to local farms and vineyards with events that promote the local fresh produce and cultural food heritage of the Southern Forests region.


Was a very inspiring experience and great to have support from Sophie on my own food project.
